Drilling Pressure Pulsator

Drilling pressure pulsator

As a valued member of the engineering team, I played a crucial role in the development of innovative pressure pulsators for drilling oil wells. Our primary objective was to create an autonomous device, and my responsibilities encompassed a wide array of tasks to achieve this ambitious goal.

To begin, I was tasked with creating a comprehensive model that formed the foundation of our design. Through meticulous calculations and analysis, I crafted a detailed schematic diagram that outlined the workings of the pulsator. My expertise in equipment selection ensured that we integrated the most suitable components into the design.

The development process involved translating our ideas into tangible results. I took charge of preparing meticulous drawings, which served as the blueprint for constructing the pressure pulsators. Additionally, I actively participated in conducting rigorous tests to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the devices.

One of the most noteworthy accomplishments during this project was the creation of a theoretical pulsator that operated entirely without an electrical power system. Leveraging the energy of the drilling fluid supplied to the well, we successfully developed an innovative solution that eliminated the need for external power sources, making the device self-sufficient and highly practical in real-world applications.
