Industrial Fans

At Daltec, a prominent company specializing in the development and production of industrial fans, I joined as a mechanical engineer with a core focus on conducting critical calculations, including the finite element analysis method, and meticulously selecting components. My responsibilities extended to preparing drawings and providing essential data to designers for detailing.
During my tenure at Daltec, I encountered the intriguing field of modal analysis, which was initially unfamiliar to me. Through dedication and a thirst for learning, I rapidly mastered this technique, resulting in significantly reduced analysis time. Working in this dynamic environment, where tight deadlines and high quality and safety standards are paramount, I consistently showcased my engineering competence, problem-solving prowess, and exceptional leadership qualities.
In less than a year, my dedication and contributions were recognized, and I was promoted to the position of Designer Supervisor. While my engineering responsibilities continue to be essential, I have now assumed managerial functions, entrusted with planning and allocating tasks among a team of 5 engineers, overseeing a remarkable 30 simultaneous projects.
The fast-paced and challenging nature of the work at Daltec has allowed me to flourish, and I take immense pride in the results we achieve together.
