Prosthetic Feet

I played a pivotal role at METIZ Production Ltd., where I was hired as a Finite Element Analysis specialist to work on the flagship product, the prosthetic foot. My most significant accomplishment was the development of an innovative methodology for designing carbon fiber feet. Thanks to this methodology, we transformed the product development timeline from several years to just a few months.
Throughout the project, I assumed a leading role at every stage, from initial draft designs to creating technical solutions, solid and mathematical modeling, conducting strength and elasticity calculations, prototyping, and testing. Additionally, I was responsible for preparing design and technological documentation for production and providing ongoing support during the serial production phase.
One standout feature of the prosthetic foot is the unique technical solution implemented, featuring an elastic connection between the carbon element and the metal body, eliminating the need for bolts or glue. This innovative solution is safeguarded by national patents RU2751560C1 and EA034116B1.
Working as part and then as a Lead of the engineering team, I have also contributed to the successful development and preparation for serial production of three other competitive products protected by national patents. These products have gained international recognition and are now sold in more than 30 countries worldwide. Moreover, my involvement in the design of over five additional products further demonstrates my commitment to continuous innovation and engineering excellence.
